Do not move here! Management is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

It s with a great deal of disappointment I write this review.

The property has so much potential, and can be very intriguing to a passerby but a staff that couldn t care less.

It s my intent this review will prevent others like myself fall into the very same trap.
The entire staff on property could use several lesson in hospitality and customer services.

Upon move in I had a list of things that are wrong with my apartment {things they had over a month s time to repair}
1.

Shower heads do not function at all.

2.

a/c vents blow little or no air.

3.

Sink in master bedroom does not work.
Naturally I was under the presumption this was something that got overlooked.

I should have taken this as a red flag of things to come.

When I went to the office, and discussed this with their useless assistant manager I was told I will have someone right over .

This I found that rather odd being that she didn t know my name or my apt #.

That said I couldn t help but feel as though I was being told so just so .

just so I could get out of her office and out of her way of doing what she calls work.
Anyhow to assure there was no mistake in her statement, I handed her our punch list & stressed the issue of the a/c not working.

She then reconfirmed that someone would be on their way.

Needless to say this never happened.

Luckily the weather cooled down later that day and the need for the a/c was not needed.

However regardless of the weather I would like to think management stands behind their word.

During my conversation with said useless assistant she mentioned she would be in the office between 1PM AND 5PM Sunday.
We attempted 5 calls Sunday only to get voicemail, and made 3 additional calls Monday morning after 8:30 to receive voicemail yet again.

I was sure they could imagine ones frustration after moving all day with the no a/c and a temp of the mid 90 s.

The 1st thing we all wanted to do is take a nice cold shower.

This was not possible due the shower heads not functioning.

Overall we had only been on the property for 48 hours and have a horrible taste in our mouths due to the way your staff functions.

{By far the worst we have experienced, and again we have only been there 48 hours}
We went in expecting most of everything to function and function well I might add.

{Is that asking too much' Our lease was only signed a 45 days in advance}
I suppose the apartment not being ready at the eligibility time should have been sign.
