there are a lot of things to complain about. Poor quality of construction, landscape, maintenance...For me major issue was high electric bills, both in summer and winter. My electric bills dropped half in my new place. During the summer I was paying about $125 for electricity for one bedroom apartment and temperature was never below 86F. Landscape is awful, they don't take care of it. Gate never worked for two years. Only good thing about this place is location, that's it. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
