I would like to express some positive comments about this property, but none really come to mind. What you can expect to find here is a laid-back management team and repair crew who, while being friendly and understanding, are still in charge of a property NOT worth the rent being asked. All of the staff will look the other way while you bring in undeclared pets, relatives, etc. Our latest special here is 6 months free rent. Unless you have six months to waste on water outages, ceiling leaks, obnoxious neighbors, drug deals outside your front window, verbal sexual harrassment to your children, ancient appliances, broken playground equipment, vandalized personal property and amenities, closed/dirty pools, and nothing ever going the way you think $700 would give you rights to, then RUN (don't walk, RUN) away if you find yourself looking at a lease for this place.
The front office is pretty, though.
