Ok. Before my good comments I have to tell the bad news first: when my husband and I moved in we were in need of a ready apartment fast. We did rush in and we were not happy. Our a/c was out for daysin the summer.However, they took care of it. We are still there and live over the playground. What a mistake that was. choosing that location for the best view.I could write a book about that. The problems are the residents around who don't care some of them think they have assigned parking or something. Oh, and the hoodlums from next door always jumping the fence. Yes the playground does have to go. The equipment needs replaced. I believe the previous comments from the others and I think they may have some truth but exaggerated. But on a good note,I decided to add some positive comments since there are alot of nice things to say - They do have a great office staff. I know they are trying hard to please everybody and I must say that the quality of staff has much improved since we moved in. We always get treated with care, concern, and respect. I have been so mad when complaining and they put up with alot from me alone. The manager, Lara, is the best, no matter what others say. Jessica and Monica and Jennifer and Stacy Too! They can handle any situation.For example, one saturday, I almost caught my apartment on fire and they saved it. They were so nice to me even though Jessica probably smelt like fire forever. The neighbors immediately around us are so good too, they called when they heard our smoke alarm going off. They replaced my stove the following Tuesday. The addison has a great maintenance team too! There is no other maintenance team as good as theirs. I am in the apartment business and have worked for alot of properties - I am really impressed with this team. I feel for their groundskeeper though, I think he does alot of dirty work and probably doesn't get enough credit. The girls in the office are too nice to people sometimes. Those residents are crazy mad at them and We are the ones who chose to live here. The other properties on Brookhaven club Drive are no better. I think if you give them a chance that you will see they are a quality team and if you wait and see, the property will be the best on the block. I will refer anyone there in the future.
