My fiance and I had moved into our town house at the Addison back in the beginning of April. We in fact were talked into this "GREAT" deal but we had to act than. So with a month left at our old lease we decided to move in. We paid both rents which really is a stupid idea.--The townhouse we were showed was much neater and constructed better than the one we moved into. The one we moved into has ripes and holes in the lineolium which we have asked to be replaced. Chips and dents on the counters both in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The air condition has gone out 2 in the three month we have been there. In fact we are still waiting for it to be fixed. Our downstairs toilet constintley runs. ---As for the other teneants at the complex, not all, but most are PIGS!! They can't make their the trash in the designated area. Broken beer bottles everywhere. NO PARKING!!! Not to mention, they speed around the area like it's a race track. I don't feel safe going out side. There has been knife fights and bottle fights. And the police are out there often.

It is not a good idea to move into these apartments.. in fact as soon as our 6 month lease is up I am OUT!!!
