Attitude: Maintenance Dilutes Profits

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Got a water leak in the bathroom' Should get to it with in a week. Kitchen sink stopped up overflowing into the floor' Should get to it within a week. Office accepts on responsibility for anything. Laundry ripped you off' Call the owner. I?m out of here in February, when the lease expires!
