Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
1. Some areas are roach infested.
2. Some areas are rat and mice infested.
3. No parking for guest who will be towed.
4. Foundation cracking inside and outside buildings.
5. Interiors well worn and abused for several years and only painted over.
6. Found dead insects and q-tips stuck and painted onto walls.
7. Alot of gang activity and graffiti.
8. Don't come home late or no parking is left.
