This is the worst place I have rented ever, and I've been rented apartments for five years.

First of all, there is no parking at all. The spaces are limited, and if you are a visiter, you had better arrive at seven in the morning, or you're out of luck. If you happen to come home after nine o'clock at night, you will end up parking on the other side of the complex from where you live.

The noise level is atrocious. If it's not the sound of various stereos blaring through the way too thin walls, it's the sound of the lawnmowers.

And the staff' The office staff is confrontational, and you better know your lease inside and out, because they will try to take you for all your worth. So if you rent here, for your sake, bring your lease with you so you can point out the contract you signed is what they have to go by.

The maintence is nonexsistent. I constantly reported mold, mildew, broken appliances, and they would do nothing about it.

It is not in a good neighborhood, and I did not feel safe walking across the street, let alone walking from my car to the door.

Document everything when you move, take pictures, make copies of your lease, rent checks, and have two sets of pictures of how the apartment looked when you moved in. It is the only way to make sure they do not try to take you.
