well first of all I have not rented here...I was going to but after the management told me to leave my application and app fee in the drop box and i called a couple of days later to update .THEY HAD NOT EVEN PICKED IT UP YET! So when I asked if she could process, she said all the other 3 floorplans where in the middle of approval or denial! I asked if i could be put on a waiting list if some one was denied...they said that thats not something legal for them to do that it was a first come first serve thing. OK! ANd previous to that since i have a friend that lives here...I parked my car WITH a visitor pass and my car still got towed! And I had 2 dr. appiontments that day that i missed because of this! I stay there often... the no parking spaces after 9pm is so horrible u feel like you are walking from one end of the complex to the other!! I like the creek...from far away cause if u go near it a certain distance it smells bad.... ducks are ok....but they scream and squak constantly i think its because they are hungry...yet u are not allowed to feed them.. so then who does''' I must say though I dont know about the thugs cause I have arrived there pretty late and have to walk a good distance and never been bothered by anyone...the only thing...it is starting to look ghetto starting with the first leasing consultant by the door! I'm sorry but if u work in an office of any kind....I think that a t-shirt and overdone eyebrows do make one think about this place twice. She looked innapropiate! So after all this experience I am actually glad that my application was overlooked!! I actually found a much better place....yeah $30.00 more......but much less hassle and definately much better customer service!

i FEEL YOU i USE TO LIVE THERE AND IT WAS TERRIBLE .GANGS ALL AROUND AND THE PARKING IS BAD MY CAR WAS STOLING THE FIRST YEAR AND THEN A COUPLE MONTHS LATER THE FRONT OF MY CAR WAS CRASHED INTO.

I am just a little bit tired of people shopping for a bargain and then complaining that the bargain place is not a castle. Please go and rent over at one of the places that have the same issues and will charge you twice as much. I am about to rent there because it is what I can afford. I dont have any complaints and if I did I would only have to look at my lease and the rent amount... stop your whining and move...
