I have lived here for 3 months. This place is not perfect, but it gets the job done. The parking is okay and my neighbors are not noisy. Everyone seems nice and pleasant. I see a few kids everyday that go to school, so the neighborhood can't be that bad. The office staff is okay, they always seem like they are in a good mood. Overall, I am very comfortable and satisfied. Oh, it does get a little noisy, but that is just because we are next to a Fire Department.

This Must Be A Dummy Rating Because The Above Is All BULL!!!! FINDING A PLACE TO PARK IS CRAZY AFT 6PM, ISABELL THE MRG IS A RUDE (YOU KNOW WAHT). IF YOU DON'T WANT KIDS SCRATCHING UR CAR UP WITH THERE BIKES OR WHATEVER DO NOT MOVE HERE.. THERE ARE GNATS ALL IN MY PLACE FOR WHATEVER REASON (CANNOT GET RID OF THEM, I TRIED EVERYTHING)..I SUPPOSE TO HAVE NEIGHBORS BUT I HAVE AN ENTIRE FAMILY (FROM GREAT-GREAT-GREAT MOM TO UNBORN CHILDREN LIVES IN ONE UNIT)CATS WALK ALL AROUND MY STEP TO PISS AND ---- WHICH THE SMELL NEVER GOES AWAY!!!!!!!! THEY WILL SHUT YOUR WATER OFF DURING THE DAY (WITHOUT SENDING NOTIFICATION)....I CAN NOT WAIT TIL DECEMBER TO GET THE HELL OUT.....THERE IS MORE, NUT JUST TAKE THE ADVICE THAT YOU ARE READING "IT IS HERE FOR REASONS, MANY UNKNOWN"

I have lived here since Feb and there are issues as Imentioned in my review, but I don't understand what people think they get for the price. I am clearly biased because I actually like Isabel : ) I think she is straight forward and I appreciate that. If you want your butt kissed then go pay 850 a month for a one bedroom and whine to their management company... Good luck with that, been there...
