Great job and awesome folks... Dont know and dont care what was like before. I had a maint. issue, solved... I had an office not open when i needed them open issue, solved... If you dont like the people you live around then go buy a house and lock the doors. Apartment living is often noisy and often your neighbors do not share your same working hours etc... Dont whine, move... I think the price is great and the bugs can be beaten with spraying and cleanliness. Regardless, I think the location is spectacular, but I could do without the "extra" cars that dont run (and so are always in the better parking spots).
