Place is a dump From: ColeC Date posted: 4/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I drove by the complex today to scope it out. The photo's make it look beautiful, but in reality the place is a complete dump. It has potential if only they would do some upkeep. Parking looked good (on a weekend afternoon) *Please be aware that I have not lived here. Just wanted to let prospective renters know the state of the complex.*
