the biggest problem with the complex is the noise.It is situated right next to what seems to be a busy airport, but I knew that coming in. all the other reviews about the being able to hear the neighbors is true. Location is it's best asset. I work easst of downtown and in denton and the proximity to the g. bush and the north tollway is not wonderful. Right now there is some exterior renovation but they really need to work on the landscaping. Last but not least thegarges have got to go.They make the place look really bad.I have a few months left on the lease so I guess I have a decision to make
