The 4 year old boy that was murdered was found at this complex!!! That's the kind of people they let move in HERE!!!

I watched the news when this story was broadcast. I was under the impression that the murder itself was perpetrated elsewhere and the body was smuggled onto the property by a non-resident without the knowledge of any existing resident.
