The apartment is spacious with fans in each room, covered parking is standard in larger units, but I think maintenance is extra.

I think their holding out for more $$$, because we're on our 3rd attempt to get some very basic plumbing issues addressed.
Not to mention that literally EVERYTHING but the carpets were heavily coated with white paint...hope it's not lead based. It was so bad that some doors wouldn't either open or shut due to the layers upon layers of paint.
