I was a prospective renter until I walked into the office and encountered an old grumpy lady who did not want to assist me. I was sent over to the apartments by another agent from a property across the street. The leasing agent informed me as I walked in that the sign was up and they were closing in 30 mins. I requested to see their 3 bedrooms apartments and she asked if I wanted to see an upgrade or the regular apartment. Since I did not have a clue what she was meaning by "upgrade" I requested to see both. She then stated snidely "well I have to leave and get my car and you will have to follow me but the sign was up on the door".

Again snidely, she asked when I was planning to move and I informed her in August I was then given an "ugly" look and was told we don't hold apartments that long. By this time I was very upset by her lack of personality and rudeness to me.

If this is the "attitude" I am getting as a prospective renter I would hate to imagine what it would be like as a tenant. The funny part is I voiced my concerns to another leasing agent who then told the manager about her being so rude to me. The manager never left her office to apologize or try to assist me herself.

Talk about customer service...I suggest the manager and the old leasing agent take customer service classes. These apartments arent worth the $1100-1255 a month they are charging for sh*** service.
