The apartments are older, but the trees and the area is nice, its peaceful and there are so many great places surrounding. Never really had a problem with neighbors. Ants are all over however inside and out, and that was a big problem. I would recommend these apartments if you keep to yourself and never need anything and follow all rules very carefully and watch out for the prying eyes of management. They are spacious and in a good area.
