Have live at this community for several years. never have I had a issue with management. My apartment is great, my neighbors are great and I would reccomend Bentreefountains to anyone

The laundry rooms are filthy and seldom work. People don't leash their dogs. ..or pick up after them. The bathtubs are painted and hard to clean. the cabinets are coated with layer upon layer of thick paint. OLD appliances. and the manager is a pain to deal with,
