People keep saying how old this property is. I have lived in alot of apartments over the years and the Bentree Fountains has some of the best floorplans I have ever seen. I am real excited about the interior upgrades that they will be doing soon. When you pay your rent on time and are a good resident you would not have to worry about management being rude. sounds to me that people like to come here to compain when things don't go their way so they come here to bash management.

The manager is a pain to deal with. The apartments are old, the bathtubs are painted. The parking lots are extremely dark at night, and there are druggies hanging out by their cars at night. I have seen them. Everyone has an opinion about this place. This is MINE. |
