Great floor plans and pricing for the area. However, we moved out because we are unable to trust the management. We were misled or lied to on more than one occassion. Also, electricity prices have doubled in recent months. We are used to $150-$200 and recently they have been $400 . Neighbors have had as high as $600.

All I have to say is Ants,Ants and more Ants. Thank goodness my lease is up in 1 month. I was also misled, it takes calling the Regional Mgmt to TRY and get something done. Ohh and all four tires of about four differnt cars were slashed right in front of the leasing office. Good Luck if you make the decision in moving here.

start sending your complaints to the corporate manager and let them know about this manager as they don't seem to get it.. avoid --- ---- as he does not care aboutit either..contact ---- ------ who is the President of Property Management. OMG I can't believe I'm actually seeing all these reviews, and they are so TRUE!! I wish I'd looked at reviews prior to moving here. You are SO RIGHT.....the mgt is NOT to be trusted. Everything said here is true. I hear the old lying battleax----------------- is finally leaving next spring. How friggin wonderful. You are right about Hall Co. not caring. They don't give a ---- about any of the residents at BT Fountains. Your money is all that matters. Lies, Lies, Lies, Ants, Ants, Ants, Water Shut-offs constantly, about 2-3 times a month - that is a LOT of water shutoffs! Sometimes I wonder if our electric meters are fixed......I sure never have had these high of elec bills! ------- is a loser. You should go on my space and read her self-appraisal! She's a witch. Every single month I hear different people comment on hating her guts. She is the queen of --------. Cant wait to move!
