I have been here for a while now and can honestly say out of the many apts I've lived in and toured; Oaks is by far one of the better places to be. I'm comfortable that my children can play safely, the police roam throughout the complex and surrounding area at any given time. Management is awesome! They are nothing like what has been said. Ila is a patient, honest,calm and fair woman. Pam is the same as well as understanding and will help you in any way she can. Only dishonest people trying to get over could have a problem with either one of these ladies. My only issue is the lackof respect some neighbors have for others, but if you ignore them they'll go away...

Ila was stupid as hell. Pam is an ingratiating twit and a supreme ass coverer. The police roam through there because of all the crime. It's a Section EIGHT VOUCHER Complex. It's crime infested. The maintenance man is creepy as hell. There are several guys on parole there ... one for the sexual assualt of a child. You must either be stupid or a liar.
