The front looks great. Go around to the back. It sucks. The management sucks.
Don't live here unless you have to. It's noisy as hell. There is serious crime and vandalism.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. It's not even that cheap.

As far as I can tell the property is maintained as a whole. maintenance picks up the trash and I see them working on the pools daily.I have even seen them picking up dog poop that some residents seem to think they are above doing.Do you own a dog?I have been out on the property at all hours and have never heard that much noise.As far as crime the only time i have seen police on the property seemed to be domestic disputes which happen anywhere.As far as cheap I have priced apartments all over this area and they seem to be competetive with the market.If you want cheap go to south Dallas and then you will be justified talking about noise,crime and looks. You probably got a violation for not picking up after your pet or for noise and that is why you give a poor rating to a great property.I enjoy the Oaks and will stay for a long time.

There was a meth lab there. They sell drugs in the parking lot. I don't have a dog.
There have been three shootings that I KNOW of.
