If you like crime or if you are a criminal you will love this place!

1. Car break-ins are common and the management tries to hide them.
2. After Katrina many residents from New Orleans moved in and among them were gang members. Crime is rampant.
3. There are loud and noisy fights outside on the weekend and it is not safe for a female here.
4. Management pretends these things are not happening but the police department charts crime by address. Check it out.
5. Utilities are sky high. For a $600.00 apartment $300.00 utilities are not uncommon. Apartments with upstairs or that are upstairs cannot even cool down in the heat of the summer. Be really careful about the two story apartments. The upstairs in the summer is terrible.
6. The maintenance man is completely creepy.
7. If you like unstopping toilets yourself about once a month you will love this place!
8. If you like waking up to no hot water about once a month then this place is really for you!
9. The so called fountain has not worked in a year and contrary to the law of Addison it is filled with standing water which attracts mosquitos.
This is a creepy and scary place to live.
