Looking at all of the other problems at the complex's in the area, this person doesn't surprize me.

Can you name this parolee? Which apartment does he live in? And if he does exist then why havent POLICE notified us????

Sounds like Pam is posting again! Why haven't the police notified US? Did she log in as management, NO. She knows exactly which apartment he lives in. One of the parolees threatened to beat the maintenance guy's ass. That was pretty great!

Yeah, Pam was buddies with the little common law wife and just looked the other way. She knew. Now the next management is doing the same. They are putting everyone there at risk because they cannot admit their mistakes. That guy is getting more and more antsy and knocking on women's doors and doing crazy things and Bent Tree Oaks still proudly tells people they do background checks. This is a bad, bad, bad situation waiting to explode. (One of many here.)

Wait, in a posting TODAY management said they did not know about this sexual assualt guy until July and the posting HERE. BUt this posting was done in January??????????? WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG FOR MANAGEMENT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS POST AND DO SOMETHING??? AND HAVE THEY DONE ANYTHING??? IS HE STILL HERE????????? I KNOW WHO HE IS. EVERYONE KNOWS WHO HE IS. YOU'RE KIDDING ME. MANAGEMENT SAYS THEY DID NOT KNOW? I MEAN LIKE TWENTY PEOPLE HAVE TOLD THEM STARTING LAST FALL WHEN THE GUY FIRST MOVED IN. THAT'S BULL ---- THAT MANAGEMENT DID NOT KNOW.
