Raising the Rent to Match their OWN FAIR MARKET VALUE

Okay, these bozos say they are raising rents to match the fair market value in the area. That is such crap.
The same bozos own three complexes, the three ghetto complexes in this area.
Now look at the other two complexes in this area:
The Camden is much, much, much newer. They have garages, insulation, much larger hvac units, new appliances, crown molding, they are really, really, really nice AND THEY DO NOT TAKE VOUCHERS. YOU HAVE MUCH NICER RESIDENTS.
Then Bent Tree Trails is super well maintained. Drive through there. THey put attics on top of their upstairs apartments with dense insulation. They have addressed the issue of no insulation for the upstairs apartments.
The landscaping is super nice. The parking is very nice. You don't have people parking outside a bedroom window like you do here. They pick up your garbage at your door.
The management is experienced and extremely professional.
So these are the only two complexes in this area that are NOT owned by this same company and they are far, far, far superior to Bent Tree Oaks.
BUT BENT TREE OAKS WANTS TO CHARGE PER SQUARE FOOT WHAT A MUCH NEWER AND NICER COMPLEX IS CHARGING - THE CAMDEN AND WHAT A FULLY UPDATED AND WELL MANAGED COMPLEX IS CHARGING - BENT TREE TRAILS ========== WITHOUT PROVIDING THE AMENITITIES OR EVEN THE BASICS THE OTHER COMPLEXES PROVIDE. AND STILL TAKE VOUCHER RESIDENTS WHICH THE OTHER TWO COMPLEXES DO NOT DO.
THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE THE THIRD WORLD. AND I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE POST BELOW ABOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS HERE.
NOW READ THE REVIEWS AT THE CAMDEN AND BENT TREE TRAILS ... THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE GOOD REVIEWS.
THE REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE ARE VERY, VERY ACCURATE. NO ONE DISPUTES THEM.
NOT EVEN MANAGEMENT COMES IN AND DISPUTES THE REVIEWS HAVE YOU NOTICED'
THEY COME IN AND TALK ABOUT RESIDENTS WHO DON'T PUT THEIR GARBAGE IN THE FULL TRASH CONTAINERS OR KIDS THAT PLAY IN THE FOUNTAINS BUT THEY DON'T DISPUTE ALL THE BAD THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN POSTED HERE.
GO THERE BECAUSE IF YOU MOVED IN HERE ON A DISCOUNT SPECIAL ... THEY WILL JUST RAISE YOUR RENT EXTRA FAST AND YOU WILL BE NO BETTER OFF THAN IF YOU WENT TO A GOOD PLACE FIRST ... AND YOU WILL JUST END UP HAVING TO MOVE TO A GOOD PLACE.
SAVE YOURSELF LOTS OF HEARTACHE AND DON'T COME HERE.
