I have read all the reviews and I do not have a problem at all with the new manager.
She is always nice when I speak with her and she always takes care of my requests on a timely manner. She is also a very compassionate lady. while dealing with my husbands illness she makes life a little easier to cope with. If we all just try and do what is expected then we should not have a problem. I advise all that do not know her to go in the office and just meet her and let her know how you feel. she is understanding.

A broken clock is right twice a day.
She is still completely incompetent.
She may when everything is going her way and she is NOT challenged have the capacity to be sympathetic.
That is not the issue.
The issue is can she manage an apartment.
The answer is only if she connives, lies, and blames others for her shortcomings.

At first it was bad, but it has gotten better. I don't have any complaints now. I'am actually looking into getting an upgraded unit. they are beautiful.
