Okay, I live in an upstairs apartment.

My air conditioner runs day and night and I cannot get the place cool. My electric bills are off the charts. It is raining outside and the sprinkler system is running and I am sure I am paying for that.

The trash dumpsters are a dump. Always too full.

This is a really crappy place and way over priced. Go cheaper for this crap.

I agree it is overpriced. I 've seen other places that have way more amenities then what is offered here for cheaper. Basically we are paying for the square footage and location. My complaints about here are, #1 my noisy neighbors that live above me. I can here everything, #2 the airport is getting on my last nerve with the helicopters flying low as they do and #3 the Addison police always strolling down Addison Rd and U-turning in the parking lot messing with folk. I have witnessed on several occasiion them stopping people in our parking lot. A resident guy who lives here got arrested soon as he parked his car. Oh and the FBI swarming over here to pick up a guy in building 4. It's not that bad here but for the price we pay it could be alot more.
