Excellent management - works hard to meet needs of residents, maintenance staff is well trained and on time. Very safe, very nice people. Plenty of total parking spaces. However; some residents do not park by their buildings or own excess cars. Addison police and fire departments are two blocks away. Grounds are neat and clean. Nice place to live, near Tollway, shopping, nice city to live in.

I have lived here for six years. I have seen two managers come and go for different reasons. I have had talks with the present manager about different items. On the things she can do something about she worked with me; on the things she could not do anything about she explained why and what upper management was saying. I am not saying that things are perfect, I am saying that she will work with you and that she will do her best. I have never had a problem with the three main individuals that have done the maintance through the years. I am always there when the items are fixed, that may make a difference or it may not. I have seen the property change with different people living here. If there is a problem it is fixed! The property has always stayed nice and safe in my opinion. That is what counts the most to me.

This place has the cops here for shootings, knifings, stealings about once every two or three weeks. This is a hot bed for crime and a dumping ground for stolen cars. This has NOT changed in the last four years. This was clearly posted by management -- and that says a lot about management. They are supposed to identifhy themselves if they post. DO NOT FAIL TO CONTACT THE ADDISON POLICE DEPARTMENT ABOUT THE CRIME HERE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. THEY KEEP A LEDGER. 972- 450-7100
This is what you need to understand. This place takes housing vouchers. With the condo's in downtown Dallas the undesirables have moved to Addison. This is the new urban slum. This is a SLUM and has the crime associated with a slum. This is a very, very dangerous place filled with CRIME.
