This place has the cops here for shootings, knifings, stealings about once every two or three weeks. This is a hot bed for crime and a dumping ground for stolen cars. This has NOT changed in the last four years.

DO NOT FAIL TO CONTACT THE ADDISON POLICE DEPARTMENT ABOUT THE CRIME HERE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. THEY KEEP A LEDGER. 972- 450-7100

Oh, and just remember this does NOT include FBI Raids or ATF raids. This is JUST the Police Department.

This is what you need to understand. This place takes housing vouchers. With the condo's in downtown Dallas the undesirables have moved to Addison. This is the new urban slum. This is a SLUM and has the crime associated with a slum. This is a very, very dangerous place filled with CRIME.

The Addison Police Department keeps a record of all the crime here and there is a TON OF IT.

They will provide you with this information.

If you read all the posts here you will see that management tried to represent that someone who had their car STOLEN had it towed for being illegally parked. This is just not true. Management is lying. There are tons of thefts here.
