When I moved in these apartments, I had listed several things that were wrong with my apartment that needed to be replaced or repaired immediately, some were physically hazardous. I contacted all the appropriate people to have this done - the office staff, the maintenance staff, even the CEO of the managing property. The maintenance blamed their tardiness on the office staff, claiming that the office staff never gave them items; they also claimed that they didn't have my apartment key to do the maintenance. I let them make a copy of the key and they still didn't do the repair work. I wrote to the CEO and almost immediately received a phone call from the maintenance supervisor saying the work would be done. After 4 months of no repairs being done, I was able to legally break my lease. I sent a copy of my move-out letter to the CEO as well as the office staff. A few days after I had turned in my move-out letter is when the maintenance people finally came to fix my apartment, which took them all of a couple of hours.
This was the most disorganized apartment complex I have ever lived in or my friends have lived in. When I was moving out, my neighbors told me that they were having similar problems. I don't think that this complex cares about their tenants.
