Don't let the spacious apartments and pretty new wooden patio fences fool you. I lived there for over a year, with continual maintenance and customer service issues. The office staff was rude and unhelpful. I dealt with ants for months - and they wouldn't even respond. Our water heater leaked, and they didn't replace it, so then it busted, flooded the downstairs, ruined the carpet and a lot of our stuff. Even after that, it was a day and a half before they came out to get that fixed. My roommate and I spent more time at other friends' houses than at our own place where we were paying rent.
