I am a 6 year tenant of this complex and have to say that things have gotten much better than they used to be. Before, the old management was rude and didn't care about the needs of any of the tenants. I went months before I could ever get maintenance out, even in emergency situations. As soon as the new management came, I began to get all of my things in my apartment fixed, the grass was greener, they started redoing patios and roofs, and now they are painting outside. They gave me new carpet when I renewed my lease, and have been extremely nice and concerned with any of my problems. I planned to move before they came, but I am glad that I stayed. I think that some of these people are complaining about the old management. Since the new managers, I have had 4 of my friends move in, too. We all are very happy.
