Bad maintance, horrible office staff--DO NOT MOVE HERE

My husband, daughter and myself have been living here for 9 months and we can't wait to move out. For starters, we were showed a floor plan that was promised to be the exact same as the one that we were going to lease. NOT. Our kitchen still doesn't have the wall paper all the way up, the wall that they promised to take down for more room is still up, the carpet was wet and smelled like mold, the toilet is lop-sided and still is, the roof leaked the first weekend we were here and it is now stained with a brown-yellow color, they turn the water off each month for "improvements" which is a lie, our down stairs neighbors have dogs and they don't clean up after them and it smells like poo everytime we open our patio door, we told the office and they said we will take care of that, and it was ok because they are moving out at the end of the month. The laundry room that they have for our use is the dirtiest and most unsafe place I have ever seen. They took months to fix the light bulbs and to fix the machines. There are nails on the floor and bugs everywhere. I am not impressed with this place. I can't wait for my lease to be up.
