Poor Maint. and falling apart. Bad pricing

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The maintanance crew is very bad. They will make excuses about everything and try to raise the rent if you want anything fixed. They have no experience and do very bad work when they do fix something.
One of the owners is on site and he cares more about planting trees and keeping the grass green than keeping the apartments from falling apart.
The only way to get a response is to threaten legal action!
Check with the BBB and the Town of Addison for more info.
