The maintenance staff when I first moved in was which was last year in May 2004 was horrible. They did hire new staff and is excellent now. When I call for something to be done they get to it the same day, if not the same day the very next day. I am really comfortaable here now and wish to stay for a few more years until I get a house.

This rating was posted in '05 and there have been many new ratings stating the maintenance was god awful since then. I'd say it hasn't improved..
