Too bad, this site wont allow me to rate an apartment with rating less than 1. Office staff is rude, clueless. Maintenance ppl wont fix anything, either they are not paied enough or they are as clueless as the office staff. I lived there for over 2 years and my AC and Heater never worked. I can say that I experienced Texas Summer and winter tempratures inside my apartment. I wish I had moved out of there the first opportunity I got. Grounds are unclean, Area around dumpster is another dumpster. Laundry is dirty. Drain in my apartent was missing when I moved in thay they never fixed. There was shooting sometime back, so you can imagine safety issues. Apartment is noisy. Electric bill is damn high. The apartment should pay its residents to live on their property. Only good thing I can say is..... I locked myself out one evening and the maintenance staff let me in after 30 min. Bottomline...... if you want to save a few bucks in rent and spend manytimes more in electricity etc., are able to cope up with the frustration, want to really know what it feels to be outside while sitting in your apartment, Want to be miserable, this place is for you.
