I have live here along enough to know that this place seriously sucks. Needless to say when my lease renews in a few months I will not be staying here for another year. For those of you who may be considering moving here let me tell you my expierence and you decide for yourself...

Maintenace items have been reported and not been repaired after more than a year. Poor maintenance is not unusual however. One of the residents complained several times about an upstairs landing that was leaning and very unsafe. Of course maintenance ignored the complaints. But when entering the apartment one day the resident fell due to the unsafe conditions. Of course management 'graciously' let him out of his lease. I hope they compensated him more than that. If that would have happened to me I would have sued the 'mess' out of them !!!

Shrubs are allowed to grow up high covering windows making a good cover for anyone who may want to break into your place....

In one of the on-site pools there is an in-pool light which has fallen out of its socket. There have been reports of residents getting shocked. But are there any signs warning of this ''' Nooooooo....

Recently maintenance workers were working in an upstairs apartment when the patio door 'mysteriously' broke. Instead of removing the door and walking it down the stairs to repair or dispose of it, they instead tossed the door over the balcony allowing it to crash on the sidwalk below which is between two apartment buildings. You would think that they would immdiately come down and remove the door and clean up the debris. But nnnnoooooooo. The next morning the door and all of the glass was still laying where it fell. After several calls to the office someone finally came and removed the door. However they did leave the majority of the glass on the sidewalk and in the grass where anyone, adults, kids, or pets could be cut. Again it took several calls to the office for someone to come and clean up what they left. Even after the second trip glass still remained in the grass which the residents finally decided to clean up themselves since it was apparent that maintenance was not going to take care of it !! Why they would throw the door over the balcony in the first place is beyond me !! But that is not the end of it. After they removed the door they STILL left some glass in the parking lot where they loaded it to be removed. So now not only is there danger of being cut if you walk in the grass you can also get a flat tire from what they left in the parking lot !!!

You wanna live here ''' Think again !!!!
