Granted its the cheapest place to live in addison, but hey, every town has its ghetto, just drive by the tennis courts and look at the nets that are hanging and lights that don't work, and also look at all the apartment guard lights (outside lighting) at night, some flicker and most don't work. Watch your step, as stated below in another review : great for pets!!! they poop every where, people don't pick up after their pets at all. there is one guy who has 2 white dogs that will be seen strolling around with a milwaukes best letting his dogs poop by your apartment. he won't waive but he will call his dogs to him like he is doing you a favor if you see him. They will show you a nice apartment then lead you to another when its time to move in. caulk and silicone are the only things the maintenace men know how to use. just look around your windows when you move in. also look at the cracks on the walls, major foundation issues. they replaced the shingles but they still leak.
