Don't Move to Bent Tree Park in Addison

This apartment complex has the worst maintenance on earth! Our A/C never worked from the time we moved in. After putting our concerns in writing to the office to get our A/C fix along with a list of other complains nothing was done. A maintenance man with no knowledge of A/C's came and added freon which did nothing to cool our apartment. After months of complaining they finally placed a window unit A/C in our apartment which only cooled the living room while our bedrooms stayed in the 80's during the brunt of summer. I would not recommend these apartments to the homeless.
