I've lived in a *lot* of apartments since I moved to the Dallas area. These apartments have been okay. The staff is nice enough, and the maintenance people are responsive.

If the noise and heat insulation are poor. Windows are single-pane. I can hear my neighbors argue, and the planes come in and out of Addison Airport. My electric bill in the summer months has been over $200.

On the plus side, I haven't seen any bugs in my apartment.

I'm moving out because management wants to increase my rent by 10%. I hate to move all my stuff again, but I feel like that's extortion.
