RUN AWAY AWAY!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
AC will NOT cool the apartment - they keep saying its working fine because its blowing cold air - NO IT IS NOT!!! The apt is never less than 84 degrees during the day.

They are now refusing to fix it. Looks like its time to hire an atty and get out of the lease.
