Overall, I like living here. Sure the people in the office can be a bit slow and unorganized at times, but their hearts are in the right place. This is an apartment complex, not a five-star hotel. The service is about average compared to other apartment complexes that I've lived in. Everyone on staff has been eager to help me when I ask.

Sure I was aprehensive a few months ago when my roommate and I decided to move in. The complex is older than most in the area and some of the tenants seemed less than desireable as neighbors, but I haven't had a problem. In fact, I have found that this is a pretty tight-nit community where my neighbors are friendly. There seem to be quite a few families here, which hasn't been a problem. Don't get me wrong, I love kids. What I don't love is for them to be screaming in front of my bedroom window when I am trying to sleep or darting out in front of my car in the evenings and I barely miss them. Those are things were a regular occurance at some of my past residences. Not here. The children all seem well-behaved and well-aware of their boundaries.

I know I am singing quite a few praises, but no apartment complex in my price range is going to be perfect. I became a non-smoker sever years ago when I found out that the reason I was sick all the time was that I am allergic to smoke. It wasn't easy, but my whole life turned around for the better. Someone in my building smokes cigarettes as well as another substance (if you catch my drift). Everytime my neighbor lights up, his or her smoke pours into my kitchen from behind my dishwasher. I've talked to the office about the possibility of a resolution to this issue and they have yet to come up with a solution.

Other than that, I love living here. If I could change that one thing, this place would be perfect for me. I moved here from Denton and I love the central location. This is a much better place to live than what I would get at this price in Denton. I'm here to stay.
