I lived here for 2 years and just moved out in July. I do NOT recommend living here! First off, the office staff is rude and incompetent and always has been. The only nice people at this apartment complex are Ralph and Yolonda. However, no matter their good intentions, they are not always able to solve the problems either. Evidently the Owner does not like to trim his bushes, which means that you can't see over his patio. I'm quite sure that the assistant manager, Consuela, has done something "under the table" to ensure her job security, since there is no way someone like her could keep any customer service position for a given amount of time. The new leasing person, Betty, didn't know her --- from a hole in the ground, and the place was falling apart! I had a leak in my pantry that remained there for almost a year! Maintenance came over time and time again, but never found a resolution to the problem! The upstairs would not cool because the AC is just not big enough to handle the size of the apartment, and all management would agree to do was install a ceiling fan if I desired to "purchase on at my expense." My electric bills soared above $300 in the summer! Yeah, if you think you're saving money, think again. Don't do it. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
