I have been here almost a year but plan to move as soon as my lease is up. Repairs are very slow. I had a hole in the ceiling for two months as the upstairs toilet had a leak and was not fixed until the ceiling was ruined. The hot water faucet would not turn off for two months before the repair was made. It is very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Electric bills were over $200.00 in the summer. I found drug paraphernalia in the apt and on the patio when I moved in. There are children who are unsupervised. It is very noisy at night when you would like to sleep. One neighbor has a dog that barks nonstop when they are away from the house. One tenant collects trash and keeps it stacked around her front door and out into the yard. It has become a danger for fire. It appears that there are no rules. My biggest complaint is the trash. Beer bottles/cans, food containers, trash, etc are a constant reminder that you are in a low rent area! I am over 50 and this is the worse place I have ever lived. Security lighting has been burned out for months and the grass was not kept mowed last growing season. It is possible that these apartments are just too run down to be salvaged! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
