We had our heater out practically all winter. The incompetent maintenance staff came 5 (FIVE!) times to "fix" it, but you can tell that not a single one of them has any idea what they are doing. NEVER got fixed! FULL OF BUGS! We found a cockroach the size of a rat near the W/D hookups. We called to have them spray and some woman from the office came with a can of raid. The women who work in the office are the most condescending, rude, two-faced bunch of hussies I've ever seen. We have called at least a dozen times to have screens put in. They say they'll be here the next day...nothing. The majority of the people here are real trash. Food left anywhere and everywhere. This place should be condemned.
