I've lived in two different apartments here. The first one was the two bedroom "town home". It was OK. The upstairs bedroom gets pretty warm. pretty warm. I complained daily and used logic and written requests to make them replace the water heater so I could get some decent pressure and maintain hot water for a full ten minute shower( ), then the heating unit, the front door and frame, the windows around here are single pane and mostly cracked. Locks' LOL. You better buy insurance. I haven't had problem with thievery but there is nothing to stop anyone. My neighbors are OK. Management lives up to the crappy reviews. A Year ago I moved into a 3 bdrm, in the adjoining complex... same office/mngmnt. The price is right but they still started charging me for gas without telling me it would be added when I changed apartments. PLUS the gas bill fluctuates as much as ten dollars every month. Well fluctuates is a misnomer, so far, it only increases. At the moment my bedroom carpet is pulled up to dry and the bottom cabinet in the bathroom pantry has water standing in it due to a leak from 'God Knows Where'. It's been that way for more than two weeks. Management Knows, they sent some espanol speaker to cut the carpet for me. Didn't do anything else that I could see. Nobody cares. Well me and my family do but we're going to leave the fungus gnats and give up on this Shighthole, I suggest you don't even try it. These dumps are the ghettos of Addison. It's could if you just want to be left the heck alone but eventually you may need some service for the money you pay.

a note on dogs ** pit bulls roam pretty much free. Big crap piles sit ans stink every where. Unattended children play in the street so they mommas can get a settlement out of your insurance company, be careful! Addison Police roll through like over-seer's running stop signs and staring people down, similar to what the residents do, you just can't see most residents guns. The people who live up stairs can tip-toe and it will sounds like they are stomping on your head. There is no insulation in the walls, seriously the walls convey the outside temp as well as the thin windows. and sound' Once the Jets at Addison Airport burn off their remaining fuel at 2 AM you won't hear anything else for the rest of the night, and possibly the entire next day. LOL!
