I am a single guy so I am *usually not picky when it comes to apartments. However, this is the WORST complex I have ever lived in. I saw the bad reviews on here prior to moving in but didn't think much of them because most of them said that the maintenance crew was horrible. As I've never really had anything go wrong in an apartment before, I didn't think this would affect me that much. I was WRONG!

I moved in 10 months ago and the day I moved in, I wound up submitting 15 maintenance requests. 10 months later and only 3 of them have been fixed! And it was like pulling teeth just to get those fixed. I went without any running water for 3 months, no use of a garbage disposal for 4 months and it took me six months to get them to fix the patio door (which wouldn't lock!!). Talk about unsafe! I still have no closet doors, no shelves in my closets (there are hooks for them but the shelves are either broken or missing), no bathroom door, the floor actually moves underneath my feet and due to the air conditioner problem, my electric bill has been around $300 a month!

Most people that wind up renting from this complex do so because the floorplans on huge for the price, but they dont realize that your electric bill will wind up so high. It more than makes up for the rent price.

I have sent in 3 faxes, 4 emails, over 10 phone calls and even walked into the office 5 times now to get my maintenance issues taken care of. Everytime, they have told me that they are terribly sorry and they will get right on it. The head maintenance guy, Javier, is a complete joke!

My dishwasher went out on me and was flooding the downstairs apartments with water. Until it was fixed, I could not use ANY water in the kitchen sink nor the dishwasher. It took them 3 weeks to fix it and only did so under the threat of calling the Code Compliance department on them. When they finally replaced the dishwasher, they forgot to hook back up all the hoses. Guess what happened then' Flood!

This complex is old, falling apart and the staff are a complete joke! Every single one of them would do better flipping Burgers at McDonalds. They are horrible at their job and they do not care about any of their current tenants. I actually had one of the office employees named Cindy tell me over the phone once that if the maintenance crew did not appear at my apartment in the next 24 hours that I could call the corporate office on her. And then I never heard from them lol.

Additionally, the walls are paper thin. I've had to call the cops on my neighbors before because I could hear them screaming at each other and knocking over furniture! This place is disgusting. Several cars around my building have been broken into around my building as well. I believe I am the only one in my building who has not had their car broken into yet thankfully!

I am begging you, PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Two more months and thank god my lease is up! I am OUT of here!!

This sounds absolutely horrible but dead on considering that I lived in that complex. My issues were maintenance and ANTS. It should be a lesson to all of those thinking that it's okay to ignore the outcries of others. I understand that you're going to see more negative than positive in any review site, however, when the negative centers around maintenance, insects, and safety, it should never be ignored. I know they're pricey but you sound like you'd be better off in Addison Circle. The maintenance and location will blow you away. Trust me...

The Park Springs apartment complex in Plano TX off spring and alma is just as bad!! So I suggest you sray away from there too!! I had the exact same problems you did and more, it was ridiculious.
