I recently moved in. There were thing wrong with the apartment, all of which was fixed within two days of telling the office. It's very noise and parking is bad. The grounds aren't well taken care of and most of the laundry room washers and dryers don't work or don't work well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's the perfect starter place, if your not looking to impress anyone or don't have very high expectations. The did redo the downstairs floors with very nice fake wood floors though. I have a townhouse style, so the apt works for me. My last place was 10 times worse. Nothing ever got fixed, the staff was rude, and the maintance was a joke. So I'd recommend this place before I'd recommend, the Park Springs apartment complex in Plano TX off spring and alma.
