I have been at Bent Tree Park since May 2004. At the time I had to move, the rent was good and it is close to work. Things have steadly gone down hill since then. I too have had many problems, the office staff is a joke. Totally good for nothing. Recently all the balcony covers were removed, my electricty bill has tripled, especially after they cut down the tree in front of my apt. I would have never signed another lease if I had been told that the balcony covers were coming down.
I have not had the problems that some people here have had, but have had my share. They leased to a guy that had 5 junk cars in the parking lot taking up all the spaces in front of my building. People put their trash out near the front doors and leave it. Yes the walls are thin! I too get to listen to my neighbors fight. And the kids running wild.
