I have been living here for 3 years now and it is horrible. They have finally started doing maintenance and it is not good. Instead of doing one building at time, correctly, they tear up several buildings at once and leave them half completed to start yet another project. When tenants move out, they are updating the interiors of the apartments, but if you already live here, good luck getting minor repairs done. My kitchen has flooded on a daily basis due to faulty plumbing from the apartment across from mine. It has been reported 4 times and still nobody has seen fit to fix it. I now keep sheets and towels all over my kitchen floor to absorb the water. The upstairs plumbing leaks through the floor and has rotted out the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom closet. Someone came and painted over the rotted ceiling, but never fixed the actual leak. There is no professional maintenance crew. The laundry room is constantly out of order and takes weeks to be fixed and they do not offer refunds for money lost in their damaged machines. PLEASE find another place to live.
